Delicious Food Trucks

The Charleston Food Truck Federation presents the following Food Trucks: Roti Rolls and Geechee Island at the 2011 OPEN Arts Expo.

Coined by the Charleston City Paper as "Farm to Truck," Roti Rolls is a food truck that uses locally sourced meats and veggies in signature Roti bread. Geechee Island Mobile Kitchen and Catering Services specializes in smoked meats including pulled pork, smoked turkey, smoked chicken sandwiches and much more.
